The author confirms that:

The content does not contain unlawful, defamatory, or offensive material.
The author is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the submitted content.

4. Copyright

5. Payments

All publishing charges must be paid according to the selected package.

Once editing, designing, formatting, ISBN processing, or printing has begun, payments made are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or specifically agreed in writing.

7. Printing & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to printing schedules, courier services, or unforeseen circumstances.

ShodhSetu Publications shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

8. Revisions

Any corrections requested after final approval or after printing may result in additional charges.
